Does any1 know if its ok to eat Costco's salmon raw?

i heard it has to be frozen in a certain temperature for like 12 hrs or so. is there any process the salmon has to go through before eating it raw if so does any1 know if Costco's salmon has been through the right process. is it safe to eat Costco's salmon raw as is?

No, you have to buy sushi grade fish which Costco doesn't sell. You'll only find it at speciality fish mongers.

some species of fish are less worrysome to eat most even less cooked salmon ,halibut and tuna usually fit this category.stores usually get their salmon farm raised
