Does any1 know what you need to make a van legally into a campervan in Ireland?

We've bought a van & need some info of what we need to make it legally a camper & get cheaper insurance & tax. Its an LDV Convoy. Any websites would be great.

surely all you need is something to sleep on,it isn't as though you have to have a kitchen sink or anything like that, a camper van is only for you to get around, you can manage equally as well as hikers,pack when you move,unpack when you stop.
