Does any1 knw how to convert a Flash Drive having a FAT file format into NTFS?

To enable NTFS on your USB Flash Drive drive (USB Flash Memory):

- Right click My Computer and select Manage.

- Open the Device Manager and find your USB drive under the Disk Drives heading.

- Right click the drive and select Properties.

- Choose Policies tab and select the "Optimize for performance" option.

- Click OK.

- Open My Computer.

- Select Format on the flash drive.

- Choose NTFS in the File System dropdown box.

- Device Formatting is completed.

Important: To remove a device safely without data loss use a "safely remove hardware" procedure or Eject function from Windows Explorer.

the drive has to be compatible, on windows just right click your drive, hit format, and then theres a drop down menu where you pick allocation size, name your drive, and what format to put it into.

if that isnt there then you might need a program,

if you got a mac, you need to hit puberty

go to your computer control panel and hit user accounts.. from there enter in a name that sounds really smart.. click on it and hope they can answer ur question

as far i know. Flash drivr cant be formatted as MTFS. If u have usb HDD its possible. But for flash drive it isnt.
