  2. They are not currently on tour and they are NOT on the projekt revolution tour. They were a part of that tour in 2007 NOT 2008. They've were on tour for a while after their 'Black Parade' album came out, and are no longer touring.

    And for the radio stations, it depends where you live because different areas have different radio stations.
