Does any1 noe any program that can increase the megapixel of photo?

i have a blur picture which is less than 1MP.. does any1 noe any program that can increase the megapixel. i had a hard time 2 sharpen it

You could increase the resolution of the image to have more pixels, but it wouldn't make the image look any better because the computer cannot create the image as it was in reality.

So in short, no, you cant do what you want to do.

Sorry, it's impossible. It's like adding to a movie more scenes when you havn't filmed more.
