Does anybody besides me think that Marcus Thames should start over Matt Joyce, every game?

It's a tough question. Joyce has more speed and can spread the ball, while Thames has a dynamite bat capable of knocking anything out of the park. Joyce has a higher HR rate, but Thames is more of a deep threat whereas Joyce is more of a contact threat.

I do...the guy has already proven he can hit the long ball and he does it consistently.  How many players have a higher HR per at bat rating than him?  Not many, if there are any.

Marcus Thames should be starting every game...you can't deny his talent
