ok, i really dont know how to explain this. does any body know what this means? every once in awhile, when im watching tv, reading a book, playing on computer, or even in the shower, i get like this really weird feeling in my chest. like a tingle or something. the only way i can describe how i feel when it happens is like really excited or something. like i want to go screaming down the street. i dont know. hard to describe.the thing is, is there is nothing i plan on doing that would make feel excited like that. i go back to the dr. in oct for the R.A., so i will talk to him then, but does anybody else experience this? or am i simply just losing my mind or something? thank you.

  1. could be anxiety causing a little speed-up of your heart - or - maybe an irregular heartbeat.  Just remember to mention it to your dr. at your appt.

  2. Quite possibly you have answered your own question.

  3. I, too, get weird feelings in my chest on a weekly (if not daily) basis.  It happens when I'm in the shower, watching TV, laying down in bed reading a magazine....all of a sudden, it feels like my heart is skipping a beat or two.  Then I start freaking out, thinking I'm having a heart attack, which leads me to being unable to catch my breath properly and I start hyperventilating!

I realy think it's just anxiety, but mention this to your dr. when you go.

  4. sounds like you have some kind of anxiety issue goin on
