Does anybody else find these people really annoying?

People who go into public places and constantly cough or sniff their noses, and it is so second nature, they don't even realize how obnoxious they are.

no not really.. maybe it doesnt often happen near me though. still what are you meant to do about a cough??

Im sure they dont mean any harm by having a cold... :S

If they cough every other  minute yes.

If they look like  they have a cold I wouldn't be annoyed as much because I know they don't mean it.

Since I suffer from severe allergies I can relate to those that do. It can't be helped sometimes :)
