Does anybody else hate Ted Thompson ???

I have always loved and been a true die hard loyal Packer fan but now with the total lack of respect from beady eyed rat boy Teddy Thompson and his mini me mr fake backstabber Mike McCarthy on the way they are treating Brett Favre I will root for the team that Favre goes to ( HOPEFULLY THE VIKINGS SO HE CAN STICK IT TO THE PACKERS DURING THE SEASON ) !!

I will not return to being a fan to the team Ive always loved untill the two retards have left the team - hopefully fired !! Ill probably only have to wait till next season because after this year and the hatred from the fans if they dont have a great season and go far in the playoffs they will surely be fired for the not letting THE 3 TIME MVP AND RUNNER UP LAST YEAR BACK ON THE TEAM HE LOVES AND HAS NEVER MISSED A GAME EVEN THOUGH HE WAS HURT AND EVEN WHEN HIS DAD DIED ! HOW SAD !

I could go on and on but to the guy ( FAVRE ) who has put the Pckers back on the map , a guy who offered up part of his sallery to get Gilbert Brown back on the Packers and also to try and get Randy Moss on the team which thanks to Teddy we didnt get ( THATS JUST UNHEARD OF IN PROF. SPORTS ITS ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY AND ME ME ME ) , someone who never held out for a bigger and better contract , someone who plays the game like a big kid because he LOVES TO PLAY ! , And that is what I loved the most seeing the joy in his face playing the game , Someone who everybody loved and respected , ever notice at the end of the game all the players on the other team wanting to come up and shake Bretts hand - that was cool !!!

Ill stop now but it just drives me crazy listening to all the haters out there - REMEMBER YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU GOT TILL ITS GONE !!!!!!

wow i could not agree with you more and i have to tell you i feel the exact same way as you. i am a die hard packers fan and always have been until this fiasco. I always hated ted thompson and i could care how the team did last year and quite franky lets be honest. They are not as good as everyone thinks they are. They had one of the easiest schedules in the league last year and every good team they beat, they beat them when they were playing poorly. I hated him always because his actions have always shown he doesn't care at all what the fans care about. I used to like fat mac but now i have lost total respect for him because now more than ever it is so apparent that he will do whatever tt says. so like you, i will never root for the pack again until them two jerks are removed. I really hope more than anything they realize how hated they are by their antics. I could care less if the pack goes undefeated and wins the super bowl. It's not only about winning. It's about being loyal to someone that has been nothing but loyal to this organization the moment he got here. let's see how loyal this little puss rodgers is when it's time for a new contract.

I can't say I hate him BUT I can say that I'm glad he's not our coach.

It is hard to understand why they're paying Favre that much money to not play and at the same time won't let him at least compete for the job.

yes yes yes yes! i hate ted too. i loved the grave digger gilbert brown. i think Ted had a gilbert burger and had a stroke or something because he isn't thinking straight! yeah, favre was an unselfish player that would help the team out any way he could. like you said, on numerous occasions, he had his contract reconstructed to help the team out. Ted talks about going after "good character" people. (koren Robinson and jonathon jolly). Randy moss wanted to play for favre: FACT. Terrell Owens wanted to play for favre:FACT. favre's leadership would have put those guys in their place. Ted drafted justin harrell last year over greg olsen. "bubba franks will have a break out year, " says ted. well, ted got rid of him after bubba was showing heart in the playoffs! i will say that there is one thing i really like about ted is that he got charles woodson. that was outta nowhere. CW was always hurt and looked to be on the decline. when i heard that ted gave cw a HUGE 7 year deal, i thought he was crazy! but that did pay off.

i use to think favre was the one who put the team back on the map, but that was a combination between Mike holmgren and the packers' greatest gm ron wolfe. they were geniuses. if only holmgren had stuck with packers, like favre said, "who knows what we might have done." it's just a shame that it all came down to this. the owner, the gm, the coach, and i will even say the players don't want him. i say the players because they haven't spoken up yet! a.j. hawk i think took a shot at favre saying that,"I (hawk) would still be on the field even if i was offered a billion dollars." i don't think favre will take the money, but i think he's getting tired of being hostage by the packer management. i would love to see favre as viking, h**l even as a bear. the absolute earliest favre can be released is by next tuesday. i won't dare root for the packers until they get rid of Ted, McCarthy and even Mark Murphy. I miss holmgren and Wolfe. they would have never considered trading favre.

oh and was what with drafting jordy nelson? i swear we could have got him in the 3-5 round. ted's already planning of kicking driver out with that pick. i was not impressed by this draft.
