Does anybody else use BT (IOL) for their phone and broadband?

It seems to go keep going down all the time. Have I just been unlucky, or are they generally c**p?

    i move from eircom dial-up to eircom broadband and i have never had any problems with them but i do work with someone that is with BT and he has the same problem, as you do
