Does anybody else wish Jim Courier would just SHUT UP???

i am not dislike courier, i am sure he's a "fabulous" guy, it just seem to me he's in love with his own voice over TV and try to be cutsy..

Actually I like Jim a lot even though he can get on your nerves at times so I understand your frustrations about his commentary. LOL And yes I also believe he is g*y as well. LOL

It is John McEnroe that annoys the h**l out of me. I never agree with anything he has to say and it pisses me off a lot whenever I am watching a women’s match and he is doing commentary. First of all, McEnroe knows absolutely nothing about women’s tennis and yet he has the audacity to question someone like Tracey Austin yesterday when she commented about Jakovic not beating a top 5 player this year even though she got to number one in the world.

McEnroe jumped all over Tracey for making such a bold comment, almost like he was accusing her of making things up. He went on to mention that Jankovic had beaten both Serena and Venus and Elena Dementieva this year, basically claiming that Tracey did not know what she was talking about.

For the record, Tracey was absolutely right. While Jankovic had beaten those players this past year, none of them were ranked in the top 5 when she beat them, and her win over Elena Dementieva came as a result of Dementieva retiring from their Quarterfinal match at Indian Wells this year.

McEnroe just needs to shut the h**l up and stop doing commentary for women’s matches where he is clearly out his league and has no idea what the h**l he is talking about.

I actually like Jim Courier. I have heard a lot of tennis commentators in a lot of countries through the years, and I find him to be pretty good.

As a player no one worked harder (his workout routines were unbelievably intense), and he knew how to win, so he adds some real credibility to his commentary.

My wife and I met him and chatted with him a bit during the '06 US Open. He was super friendly, courteous, and happy to spend time with us. I have no bad things to say about Jim.

honestly i think jim courier, mary carillo, and johny macenroe can SHUT UP!!   all they do is talk during the point ! all i want to do is watch the d**n game! whenever someone misses a point jon macenroe goes "o it was the pressure" !!   i just wanna say "SHUT UP, YOU ARE FULL OF URSELF!!"   so yes, i agree with you

Actually I don't know, as I am from the UK and he doesn't do commentry here-But by the sounds of it I am quite glad.

haha I like Jim Courier. Well I mean I don't mind him. I am starting not to like John McEnroe. Some of the things he says is just stupid. Like when he mispronounces Djokovic's name and then defends it by say that Djokovic insists on different pronunciation. Hopefully we can all agree that Tracy Austin is better than both.
