Does anybody happen to know what this creature I found in my bedroom could be?

It's a tiny pink lizard just about an inch long!

Most likely a pink gecko.

You can google to see some pics of them.

i have no idea.  but try getting some lizard food or something and putting it in a tall plastic/glass container and leave it against your dresser or something so that u can catch the little bugger and release it.

I would say it's a pink gecko.
