Does anybody have Auction P i

Question

It is software for auction websites,like ebay. The website is www.auctionpi.com. Anywho I bought this a year ago and installed it on my computer, well I had some problems w/my computer and lost it so I reinstalled it and now everything works except the deepanalysis. Everytime I click on that it says new downloads available but nothing happens. I go to the website put in my product code and click on downloads but still nothing.

Any suggestions?

could  be a server problem on their end , call there tech support line .
