i don't have a gym around here and I don't have money to buy DVDs. What I'm looking for mostly is tips on positions (the finer aspects, i.e. in a scarf hold there shouldn't be weight on your butt, it is much better to lift your butt just slightly off the ground and put all your weight on their sternum), and also lots of throws and takedowns with thorough instructions. I have a video with over 100 throws on it but they are only shown, it doesn't describe the finer point or give multiple angles.

If there was a dojo or gym around here I would go to it, so anyone planning on ripping on me for not doing it in a gym i dare you to find one around zip code 49878. All they have around here is karate and muay thai. Their karate sucks and I don't care much for muay thai, though I'm sure it is an excellent sport.

  1. DUDE YOUTUBE SUBMISSIONS 101 ITS GREAT ALOT OF GI STUFF BUT EVEN MORE GI LESS IT IS NICE FOR SOME KILLER VIDEO LESSONS

  2. More than that. lol

bj penn's site has submissions advice

    submissions101.com

    lockflow.com (Standup and grappling)

If you type in the technique, you should get people on youtube with either a tutorial based around it, or a set of tutorials.

You can type it in a search engine too. Similar results will come up.
