  2. maybe u cud try a stir fry? ♥ cook rice, use one cup of uncooked rice, to get two cups cooked, so put one cup of rice in a pot, an two cups water for every cup of rice. then leave it until theres little holes in the rice an then u know its done it will take like 20 minutes. while that is cooking, take ur block of tofu and put it in any sort of container with soy sauce for 15-20 minutes. then, slice it in bite size peices, and fry them intil golden brown in a olive oil in a frying pan. then put those aside, and dice some onion, fry them in olive oil intil they are transparent. then add pineaplle (the small peices u buy in a can) and raisons.

put rice on a plate, then the veggies, an tofu on top, a great dipping sauce is agave syrup (sweetner made from cactus) and soysauce, put it in a little dish, an dip ur chopticks full of food in it before u eat, its delicious! ♥

  3. make spaghetti and use ground turkey in place of ground beef.

  4. You could do a simple chicken alfredo.  Boil noodles (fettuccine is the usual, though I prefer rotini noodles), meanwhile heat a jar of alfredo sauce in a sauce pan (it may take two jars, if you're making a lot of noodles.)  When the noodles are done, drain and return to the pan, and add the sauce.  Mix in some Tyson pre-cooked diced grilled chicken, warmed up in the microwave (some grocery stores put them in the deli section, others put them with the regular poultry in the meat section), and add to the pasta.  Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
