Does anybody have a recommendation for a small motorbike to buy for a learner?

i am in the UK and want something a little nippy not an oversized hairdryer, can you also tell me what sort of price i should be expecting to pay. I am female , cute and not too tall

  1. id go for a 125 there small fast and light, go for a rs 125 by aprilia thats a nice bike, new would be  around 2200 pounds  


  2. CG125 Honda; cheap, bullet-proof reliability, easy to fix. Not the world's prettiest bike but if as you say you're cute then who cares what the bike looks like! ;-)

    Avoid Chinese copies unless you plan to pass your test quickly and move on to something else; most of them won't even outlast their guarantee.

    or an aprillia af1 sp....tasty looking bike...

    or a yamaha dtr125...
