First you need to obtain a degree in optical lens making, a degree in engineering, a machinists certificate, and have a solid background in calculus. Then you'll need to purchase a lens grinding machine, (70,000$, used) A machinists mill and lathe (5000$) and a supply of lens blanks, aluminum bar-stock, and very fine wire, ....

Best to leave scope making up to the companies that make scopes.

It's WAY beyond what the individual can accomplish at home.

You certainly will not save any money trying to make your own.

There are discount scopes on the market made in China by a company that calls itself "Famous Maker". They aren't half bad.

I suggest you investigate their products.

buy a pellet gun or beebee gun with a scope a shot to the eye should kill some1 if its pumped enough xD

who are you gonna take out ???      is it a bb gun or a real gun if its real go to your nearest gun shop and buy one get them to fit it for you     if its a bb/airsoft gun you could  get a cheep bb gun with a scope on it or you could use a kitcken roll tube and put a cross on both ends or you could buy one on ebay
