Does anybody have an Idea us Dems can use?

John McCain keeps coming up with ideas like a $300 million dollar prize for inventing an advanced generation battery. Democrats need to come up with at least something as innovative or else we will look like total followers.

I have no doubt in my mind that there is already such a battery somewhere and he is going to take all the credit for inspiring the development of it.
