Does anybody have any good demolition derby tips?

I am 17 and i will be doing many compitions next year i will be in a 4 cylinder race backwards race hood and trunk race roll over contest and figure 8 and double figure 8 races and i will also be in small car demolition derby and big cars and mid size cars and big trucks and little trucks and mini vans if anybody has any tips for any of these event please contact me and if they have tips on what kind of cars to get and trucks and van and what kind of tricks i can do to the car

Take 4 solid steal plates and put one on either side of bar that connects the rear axle to the rest of the car. This is NOT legal in most races and only works on front wheel drives. Put 4 bolts through the plates and add them after specs, then tighten them as much as possible. This will stop your rear wheels from pushing into your rear doors. I had to learn this the hard way.
