Does anybody have any idea with proof to back it up of the fastest timed lap in a race set-up car was? ?

  1. that was in qualifying setup not race setup. Chances are strong that Bill still holds the record though in race setup too...that team was nearly untouchable on the superspeedways for five years or so.
