Does anybody have any tips on weight loss?

i work out a fair bit and exercise alot and i dont really eat much junk food, and yet i still cant see a difference in my weight loss. does anyone have any tips?

  1. take measurements of yourself like measure your thigh and lower leg. and also measure you soomach and your arms. then measure your bust, butt, and hips.  do this every week.  it will help. this is what I am doing.  I hoped this helped!
