Does anybody have the U.S. release date for htc touch pro aka vario iv aka Raphael ?

I'm trying to get my hands on a HTC Touch Pro...I've called HTC several times, their answer is later this year...I've found a few on the net but from a friend in China I've been told they are knock offs or the Euro version. I have no problem with the Euro supposedly it will work in the US...so where can I found one I've tried just about everywhere. Oh yeah I'm I don't want to pay more than 400.00 usd ok maybe I'll pay 500.00.

Its a quadband phone.

It doest matter what version it is, as long it has an english menu...

The phone is about 800-1000 retail...

I Have the HTC with Verizon. I really dont know what version it is... but it is $550 without a plan (unlocked). I just got it last week. Its a great phone. Just takes lots of time to adjust to.

... mine is just the touch. I would give it till the end of the year for the touch pro to come out. Its really nice, and from the looks of it. Browsing the web on that phone will be amazing!
