  2. what i have done is get like a huge bucket or something fill it with ice cubes and water and put your legs in for a while like 15 minutes it will hurt but afterwords it feels much better. also make sure you stretch really well. also you could try running on grass for a while it makes it feel a little bit better. and you can also use ice cups so you get like paper cups fill them with ice and rub it on your legs for a while well good luck

I have problems with them too, when you do the Iceing, when you take your legs out, do some calf stretches, stretch your calves when you run, it helps, also, REST is a good one, I finished one cricket season with real bad ones, did nothing but walking in the off season, bought inner soles, (cheaper than orthodics and you can buy them from shoe shops and sports stores) and the next season I was trouble free. Buy good quality shoes and always take care of your feet. I know you said you can't afford payment, but if you see a physio for a one off appointment, they'll be able to give you some good tips and tell ya what to do.
