you have to speak the language to get a job that would be worth it

wineyards, farmers, army, skippers on canals/river boots, sometimes hotels or big restaurants/hotels/guesthouses.

but you need to know that all these jobs are low paid, the looking for cheap labor and most the time these people are from eastern european countrys like Poland or Romania.

the farmers normally employ people from eastern europe including accomodation. but I don't think you want to work in the stramberry field for 6,50 €/h.
