What i'm trying to ask is

if you did something good today, u'll get to 'paid' back good in the future

if you've done something bad in the past, u'll have to pay it in the future

  1. ya when i plant a dope seed a get dope buds them i make dope cigarettes then im  dope dealer.what goes around comes around , right.

wrong!everything is based on what happend in the past and it revolves around science.karma has nothing to do with any thing!anything!just like every other cult or what eva they call it they days it offers a sence of importance and well being.yang and ying is a bunch of bull.plants cant give off feed back or this computer!every thing isnt living and everything cant produce emotions!

and this about balance.balance.balance is controlled by ur carabelum   not some kind of other magical shet.

in short everything needs a pulse i.e. a beating heart to live!

  2. That is a nice idea, but it kinda misses an important aspect of it, which most people completely overlook.

Suppose you did do something good today. One can't simply assume karma started this exact instant, otherwise how would you be able to say you'll be paid back in the future. So, how can you begin to classify your actions since you don't know where or when the first karmic incident occurred.

You did something good for someone today. How do you know, in some previous incarnation, you were 10x as bad to that person as you are now, which would make your paltry good deed not go towards getting you a Ferrari but, in fact, would be used to pay down the interest on a 500 year old loan you took out back then. Picking arbitrary actions, and starting points, while calling it 'karma' nullifies the entire concept. If you believe in karma, then you have to believe in the whole pie of karma, not just the little slice you're talking about now.

  3. I do and I don't.

Sorry! Probably a bad answer, but let me explain.

I would like to believe that all the people out there that beat their kids and kill defenseless animals will get what's coming to them, but it just doesn't seem like it, does it? But, maybe karma is what we make of it. Maybe we have to do something to initiate it's beginning. All that, and I'd like to believe I am a decent person, but c**p always happens to me, LOL.

  4. yes definately

    what goes around comes around

  5. yes  totally!

  6. totally

  7. I don't believe in necessarily getting a reward like a prize or something for doing good things, but if you do good things your life will suffer less misfortunes and you'll be able to see the things that go wrong in your life in a more positive way. :) In other words you will be able to enjoy your life and who doesn't love being happy?

  8. I do....to a point.  When I look at people who are basically good, kind and caring and something bad happens to them, I wonder why?  Why did karma or fate deal them such a bad hand, especially when you know that they have not done anything bad to anyone.....ever!  If you are also referring to past lives....that's a whole 'nother story.

  9. Absolutely! What comes around, goes around.... no doubt about that.

  10. Yes; or you can say the 'Universal Law'.  It is true whatever you put out in the universe is what you'll get in return.  Very true!!

  11. No, I dont think karma is real. JFK- Excellent man, but murdered. Osama Bin Laden- Evil and sinister guy, nowhere to be found.

What Im getting at is that bad things happen to EVERYONE, no matter how good you can be or how many good deeds you do. Good things happen to EVERYONE no matter how sinister you can be or how many bad things you do. I agree, you should always be nice to recieve nice things, but that doesnt mean everything.

  12. i beleve... no good deed goes unpunished...
