  1. I think theres a place in Camarines Sur (bicol) that has water sports facilities. its near Pili airport.


  2. at CWC. Camarines Sur Watersports Complex. They have wake boarding facilities. Foreign and local wake boarders visit them ever so often. you may also spot some celebs there. It's in Bicol, by the way. :D
