Does anybody know Orange's complaints procedure?

I have been having a problem with Orange...I ordered a mobile phone but have never recevied it and they have only sent me bills. I have been in contact with them on numerous occasions but they are absolutely useless!

I have sent them recorded delivery mail requesting these details but they are refusing to provide me with them!

Are they even allowed to refuse me if I ask for these details?!

    A nice letter stating your case and tell them if no satisfaction within 7 days you will be contacting your solicitor.


  2. What details are you requesting? I had problems with Orange and found them p1ss useless, call centres that cant understand you and franchised shops that have a different set of rules from Orange them selves.

    Dont pay the bills and ask for proof of delivery if they are saying the phone was delivered.They need to prove it was delivered.

  3. GAH! ORANGE?! I DON'T LIKE ORANGE! AND NEITHER DOES RAE! (I hope not anyway..)
