I need a free software by which I can mark, analyse and quantify captured images of agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA.

  1. Try ImageJ from NIH. It is free and has a variety of options, including creating density histograms, which might do what you want


  2. Does not exist.  Besides that, you activity would be illegal if you "captured" gel images without permission.
