  1. get "Pistol Pete" videos or dvd for this

  2. ok, this is an 8-11 schedule as mentioned in your question.

8 - 8:15 run about a mile and come back and shoot 50 free throws. In a game you are going to be tired so you should practice while you're tired.

    8:15 - 8:30 practice 3-pointers and perfect your form for your 3-pointers

8:30 - 9:00 practice dribbling and work on any moves related to dribbling. i.e. stutter step, between the legs, crossover, etc.

9:00 - 10:00 play one on one with the best basketball player you know. This will make you better by playing basketball against someone better than you.

10:00 - 10:15 work on sprints to stay in shape and work on conditioning

10:15 - 10:30 do the Mikael drill. to do this drill have someone hit you on the arm while you go up for a shot. This will help you when you drive into the lane and go for a layup. the foul will not always be called so you have to learn to finish the shot.

    10:30 - 10:45 shoot another 50 foul shots

10:45 - 11:00 do some cool down sprints

**** Remember to stretch before doing ANY excersise, you won't do yourself any good with a pulled muscle.

    Hope I helped!!!

    lots of love!!

  3. depends what kind of guard you are. practice mid range jumpers like you would play around the world but just shoot a hunred of each before moving on. i takes detication and patience because trust me, its kinda boring but youll get into the groove. dont get discouraged if you dont make a single one just go back again the next day and youll probably make a lot
