Yep.  All dependent.  For furniture, I'd check out overstock.com, ikea, or urban outfitters.  For really individualized accents, I'd look at etsy.com.  It's a web marketplace for all independent homemade goods--you can find anything here.  A big up and coming thing is to use vinyl decals on a wall--etsy has a lot of different options for this.  They give really excellent tweaks to a room.

well it depend on what you are looking for. If you are looking for supplies, like drywall, carpet or stuff like that I would recommend home depot or Lowe's. If you are looking for furnishings, I would try Ikea, Bed bath and beyond or linens and things.
