I would recommend http://www.winespectator.com.  You do not have to subscribe to their magazine or their online site to join their wine forum.

Another good one is http://www.chowhound.com.  This site is also a great place for restaurant forums.

craigslist.org has two. The regular wine forum (#120) is easy to get to. When you are thru with that, change the address so that it ends in 7662 (SNOB on a telephone keypad) instead of 120 and try that one. You'll find some very knowledgeable people on 120. You'll also find me.
