  1. Dust. It's actually very low in fat. You can have as much dust as you like.

  2. This link has a lot of flavors & variations. Good luck.

  3. CAKE FOR A LOW FAT DIET

    #1:

    2 egg, substitute

    2 c. sugar

    1 tsp. vanilla

    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 c. water

    #2:

    2 c. flour

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1/4 c. raisins

    4 c. diced apples

Cream together ingredients in #1 list. Add ingredients in #2 list and beat well. Bake in 9"x9" sprayed dish for 50 to 60 minutes (test with cake tester). Excellent dessert for people on a low fat diet.

i hope this helped n Good Luck =)

  4. a great recipe i learned because my cousin has a peanut allergy is this one from weight watchers.

for vanilla cake you take vanilla mix and add a can of diet sprite.

for chocolate cake you take chocolate mix and add a can of diet coke.

it really does taste good too!

  5. Ok, first of all, Pillbury has a low sugar cake mix out now. Second, I'm always looking for ways to cut fat from my baking and here's an example of what I've done. This is/was on the back of a cake mix, but I altered it, I always do that.  So, here's what I changed:

    Strawberry Yogurt Cake

1 box of Betty Crocker Supermoist Golden Vanilla Cake Mix

    3/4 c. water

1/3 c. oil  (I used 1/3 cup of applesauce instead)

3 egg whites (I use the pasteurized egg whites in a carton)

1- 6oz carton of Yoplait 99% fat free strawberry yogurt (I used totally fat free yogurt)

(I added an additional 2 tsp. of strawberry flavoring)

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Bake in a standard size pan, 8", 9", or 13x2x9, for about 30 minutes.

I never use oil in my boxed cake mixes. Always applesauce or yogurt. I never use whole eggs, only egg whites. The oil has all the fat and the egg yolks contain the cholesterol. By omitting the two, you are cutting down on two big health issues....
