Does anybody know a recipe to remove wall paint and primers?

I am taking off the chipping paint in my bedroom because I just removed my wallpaper, and using a power sander is too much work for me.

Sanding is too much work, but removing paint and primer is more and products that remove paint are a problem in an enclosed area. Scrape the loose or damaged paint as much as you can and apply a couple of coats of Kilz and paint, it will be fine.

You need a scaper and apply water vapor it will be easier. If not, you have to remove the wall and installed a new one.
