Does anybody know a total number of participants on Olympic games 2008 per country?

I would like to know a number of participants per country on this olympic games. How many participants was from USA, from China, from Russia... Who is on the first place if we divide the total number of medals taken by a country by number of participants from this country.

If we divide total medals to participants, China is still the first, and second is Russia:

China: 100 / 579 =  0,172711572
