Does anybody know a website I can use to browse blocked websites?

I am wanting to access email accounts as well as youtube, facebook etc whilst at work, but the system administrator has barred these types of websites.....

I am wondering, does anybody know if there is a website I can put into my address bar, that will act as a host-page for me to browse the internet unrestricted??

No, however you could download vnc at home and connect to your home machine remotely using http://0.0.0.0:5800 (replace the 0.0.0.0 with your ip address).

This does, however, open a security risk on your machine but it is password protected and you can change the 5800 to be any port number.
