Poor guy,but Charles is a dog;he is not royal.This would do better in the PETS threads.

The website seems to explain everything.  He has a very painful condition that prevents him from doing anything without pain.

The owners need help raising the fund for the surgery.

Without it the only humane option is euthanasia.

I hope it was Yahoo who miss-sorted the question and placed it here in Royalty.

It would be really cruel to use this dog as a way to purposely post a question unrelated to Royalty just because they think it's funny....

They're going to have to put him down. It's all Camilla's fault, of course.
