Does anybody know about blisters in middle fingers that just comes in and out?

It starts to come out under the skin of my middle finger. It becomes itchy if I just let it dry. At times I cant help but pinch it with nail cutters or clippers or somthing pointed and sharp. And then cover it with bandaids. It comes out and after a week or 2, it disappears and then comes back again either at the left hand fingers or in my right hand fingers. Why cant it just go away? What should I do? Please help anyone!

I've had a chronic few skin conditions which the doctor said there's no permanent cure, he said it was caused by fungal infection.  He recommend cortisone creme as a short term solution, but it kept comig back about every six months.

I wasn't happy with that solution, so I tried daily applications of Tea Tree Oil for a month.  It stinks, but the skin condition has gone away and hasn't come back since (for a couple years so far).
