Does anybody know about challenges test to skip LPN semesters?

I was in RN program, but very expensive, I want to take short way for LPN , they have the challenge test for most of the classes, does anybody know about these tests?

Depends how much of the RN program you completed and how well you did.  I had a friend who was in an RN program but couldn't finish but she completed a year and her school gave her permission to challenge the NCLEX-PN.  Talk to your the director of the nursing program at your school.  If, say, you only completed a semester of the RN program I highly doubt your school with waive you to challenge the boards.  I went through LPN school and it is quite grueling and it was shocking how much you truly have to know.
