Why would a celebrity give out their personal screen name? Most likely your friend's "Demi Lovato" and "Nick Jonas" is a poser.

And you probably don't have Miley's.

I bet no disney stars even have one. Why would they waste their time talking to random strangers on the internet when they have a whole bunch of stuff better to do?
