Does anybody know any good exercises to burn fat off thighs?

I am not happy at all with my fat thighs and feel uncomfortable wearing shorts or bikini bottoms which i would love to wear at this time of year!! Please help on fat thigh burning exercises!

  1. lunges...they help thighs and hips

  3. The way to get trim thighs is cardio. Running, jogging, fast walking. They will be slim and not bulky.

  4. SQAUTS

    ALL AROUND EXCERSISE

    SHAKE AND STRETCH YOUR LEGS AFTER THOUGH OTEHRWISE YOU WILL JUST ADD BULK


  5. Squats, with or without a shoulder bar. Also bikes.

  6. Go on the site below .. It works wonders!

    I lost 3 inches on my legs in a week!!

    It realloy does tire you out though lol x
