Does anybody know any good talent agencies in new york for singers?

hi i recently recorded a demo, so i want to send it to some talent agencies for singers, but there so many useless agencies around. does anybody know some good agents or agencies where i can send my demo. also maybe you have any other advises about how to start singing carear in nyc?

Is your demo in MP3?  Email it to all the radio stations.  I actually had a few DJ's that liked my music several years back that hooked me up with a really good agency.  That's what finally worked for me.
