Does anybody know any website for sharing files for transfering a file from a server(url) to another?

I actually wanna know if there is a site for sharing files that instead of uploading files from our computer, it is possible to get files from another site and put on that (for example if we use bandwidth of the new website, instead of the old, or download from it?
