Maybe a credit union but Im not sure how much luck you will have if you say you have bad credit. Title loans are the only kind of options people like you may have and thats a rip off.

Yup they are listed in your local phone book. They'll give you the loan if your credit is short because they stand to collect 15-30% interest from you. Make sure this is a matter of last resort and try cleaning up your credit in the meantime.
