Does anybody know anyone know if the name Connor gets made fun of too much?

Want to name my baby Connor. Is it a safe name to give to a half-hispanic boy?

I think Connor is a pretty safe name. Off the top of my head I can't think of anything they could call him that would be offensive. Good luck

I don't think he would get picked on for having that name--it's common enough that it isn't going to give anyone reason to tease him.

It might be a bit waspy-sounding if his surname is of Hispanic origin, though.  JMHO.

nope. I have a nephew and neighbor named connor. I found people actually like the name connor and hang out with connors. There isn't many ways you could make fun of connor and not a lot of people will try or do it GOOD LUCK if it's your son and I hope you have fun times and a good relationship with him

I do not like the name Connor at all, but I do know a child by that name. As far as I am aware, he does not get teased at all regarding his name. It is becoming a very popular name.

Yes. I think that name would fit him very well because I knew a connor who was half hispanic! I don't think that name can be made fun of.

I have met a couple of Conners and I dont think that either one of them get made fun of but they are both still young like 6 or 7ish....I think that it is pretty safe though.

Yes. My dad was half hispanic and his name was Paul Henry. I think a cute thing to do though would have Connor and a hispanic name. That would rock! I don't think he would get made fun of.

connor is a good strong Irish name that dates back centuries.  Good choice. Not too many things that rhyme with connor.

No, it is a nice name.   We have a Connor in our family who is coming up 10 and he doesn't get teased.  Incidentally, his grandfather is from Barcelona, Spain so it should be OK.
