Does anybody know anything about Geroge Baily Prison?

in san diego? has anyone ever been locked up in there or had a friend or loved one in? i wanna know how bad it is in there compared to other prison let me know...

I've heard it's tough. I have a neighbor who is a Deputy there and he's always having rough times, so it must be very strict and oppressive for the inmates. Being so close to the border and in Southern California there's a lot of gang activity, as with any jail/prison environment.
