Does anybody know anything about creating a spiritual connection with another person?

Depends on what sort of spiritual connection.  For friendship it might simply showing an interest in them or their interests, or being around to do so.

For closer intimacy it might require much more significant investment of time and resources and consideration of what is involved.  This is one of the more significant issues with respect to how men try to get women interested in them, and that's probably what's involved in some cases.  

It's mainly a matter of finding a way to connect to the other person and communicate with them in a way that allows the connection to occur.  And that's the hard part, figuring out how.  Otherwise any guy would be able to get s*x from almost any woman any time he wanted it.

Mental bonding is probably more like it.

An old college buddy used to periodically call me in the middle of the night and very angrily demand to know what I'd done to my back, arm, legs, etc. I was able to sense his heartburn, hangovers, knee pain and headaches. It was a strange link we shared across 200 miles.

It drove his girlfriend insane. She's now his wife and it's often fun to visit and watch them do the same thing. He'll be at home while she's on a cruise with her mother and call to tell him he needs to eat, or that he's had too much to drink.

I worked with a guy who could just look at me and tell that I was hungry.

I would say it's just a matter of getting outside your head, opening yourself up to the world and people around you.

I have another friend I can predict to the point of preventing him from saying something tactless in a social environment just because I recognize a certain look.

Beyond my personal experiences and observations, I don't have any more references.

We share, we grow, we bond. My friend 200 miles away is now more spritually connected to his wife than to me, but he still seems to know if I'm stressed or anxious.

I know someone who was having strange dreams and visons even awake, it took time for him to realize that a person he knew far in time and space was in danger, it seems  they were so emotoionally connected to be able to get a mental communication. they could be thelepatic, that means we all could be  as both of them received the other thoughts'.

How does one define spiritual connection between two people. ?

1. The physical body and its attributes does not have any  meaning or attraction other than for visual identification.

2. Harmony between the two beings, a sense of belonging, togetherness, empathy , and in advanced stages telepathy .

3. No negative emotions like jealously or possessiveness between the two .  

Can you create a spiritual connection based on the above?

No. It is a happening , an experience, an occurrence . The spiritual connection blossoms without any apparent external input. . It need not be at the first meeting or in the immediate future , but at some point in time . If your souls jell, then it happens.
