Does anybody know anything about the El Paso fault line?

Question

I know there is a fault line through Scenic Drive, around Hondo Pass, but does any body know about the rumored earthquake that could possibly sink the entire North East? Does anybody know anything at all about this fault line and where exactly it is and when it might cause another earthquake?

Any information at all will be helpful.

In the South west United States there are numerous examples of new land being formed all across California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Some years ago in Texas there was a legal battle between two ranchers fighting over a mile of land that had grown over the last 100 years. The border lands between El Paso and Juarez is expanding. Mexico as well as the United States laid claim to the new formed land. Finally President Lynden Johnson signed the land over to Mexico as a good will gesture. The land is still expanding.
