Does anybody know anything about the school system in mecklenburg vorpommern, germany?

Education system is subject of each german state(Bundesland) there is a big difference to the USA or UK education system.

There are 3 types of school Hauptschule(ends with 9 th class after 9 years of school with an exam called Hauptsculabschluss),Realschule 10 years of school ends with Mittlere Reife Gymnasium ends either after 12 respective 13 years of school ends with Abitur .

University requires Abitur.

The school system in this state sucks ... they have to close many schools since people move away.
