He is recovering, resting and probably receiving treatment for his cancer. Im sure he will be back in the circuit as soon as possible. Looking forward for his return to snooker.

Paul Hunter will keep his present world ranking while he takes a year's sabatical to continue his battle against cancer. His fellow players voted for a change in the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association rules to allow them freeze a player's ranking.

The change means that Hunter, 27, can retain his world number 34 spot once he returns from treatment.
