  1. Most pools on cruise ships do not have lifeguards, but the best way to get employed without a fee is to contact the cruise line directly.  All the corporate offices have a HR department.  Contact them directly.

  2. You're not going to be able to do it.

Look in your help wanted section--sometimes they host job fairs for cruise ships.

Don't expect to get on--if you don't have experience working in a kitche, you aren't going to be hired. Also, are you from the states? You are less likely to be hired.

  3. All cruise line have a website and on that website is a section for employment. You should try that approach. Good luck it your search!

  4. try writing to the shipping line direct --- eg --P & O  or Fred Olsen

  5. Try your library, they should have a section on working abroad.

They should have books/files with advise on working abroad but also actual contact details for some companies and even where/how to look for jobs.

You'll find out everything you need to know, from what experience you need to how much you'll probably get paid......

Look in the last few pages of a magazine, there's usually loads of ads in there and in the newspapers.

    Good luck!
